After receiving your form, one of our team specialist will contact you to review your request. We will email you a quotation and proceed to assist you with any design ideas and guide you through our process.

We accept custom orders up to 2 weeks in advance. (Urgent orders can be accomodated based on availability).

We post the Pre-Order Menu for Special Holidays 21 Days In Advance. The menu is available  until items are sold out. 

With current restrictions being put in place, we are doing our best to ensure that we can provide our services with convenience and safe accessibility. This is why we have implemented contactless delivery to help you feel safer during this period.

Service fee delivery is available dependent on distance. Contact us and we will be happy to provide a quote.  Pick up can be arranged. 

We will send text messages on the day of the delivery to confirm an accurate delivery time for you. If you require a more specific delivery time, please add that into the note section on all online orders or inform us through a message.

We have set this cancellation policy after taking into consideration that we all face unforeseeable situation in our lives.
